We understand how important it is for our customers to receive their products as quickly as possible, which is why you can find convenient answers to any shipping-related question on this page.
How can I get free shipping?
Orders over $50 receive free standard shipping.
How does shipping work?
We ship every customer’s order using the shipping method selected at checkout. As soon as the customer pays for their selected shipping method at checkout, the customer enters into a binding contract with the mail courier of their choice. We do our absolute best to provide customers with all of the tools and information to better navigate unexpected delivery delays, however, we are under no obligation and have zero liability to re-ship or refund any orders that were lost in the mail.
We greatly appreciate it when customers understand that merchants like Festival Drip have zero control over the mail and what happens to their order once it is in possession of the mail courier they selected at purchase.
What are your shipping hours?
Excluding holidays where there is no mail picked up or delivery, our shipping times are:
Monday – Saturday at 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. EST
Orders are processed on Sunday, but not shipped.
Do you offer Shipping Insurance?
We automatically apply default carrier shipping insurance to every package based on the type of shipping you select at checkout.
USPS Priority & Express
Insured for up to $50 the value of the item.
FedEx & UPS 2 Day or Overnight
Insured for up to $100 the value of the item.
Free Standard Shipping
These packages do not qualify for shipping insurance. As a result, if you selected this shipping option and your package is lost in transit we cannot file a claim for reimbursement and we cannot reship your package.
International Shipping
Insurance for international shipping varies depending on the carrier and shipping destination.
Help! I think my order is lost in the mail!
Although very rare, lost packages are statistically unavoidable. Buyers are responsible for tracking down and recovering any lost or delayed packages. We will assist buyers as much as possible in any pursuit of tracking, claiming, or the ultimate compensation for lost mail, however, once your order is placed in the mail, it is the sole responsibility of the mail carrier you selected upon checkout.

How long will my order take?
Most orders in the US are received 4-7 days after they are placed. For a more detailed breakdown, see the answer below.

We do our best to get every order packaged and shipped as quickly as possible. Because most of the items sold at Festival Drip are handmade or personalized, ship times will vary for each item.

What are the shipping terms for orders shipped outside of the U.S.?
It's important that customers shopping outside of the U.S. understand that all non-US orders are shipped using Ex Works (EXW) shipping terms.
What is Ex Works (EXW), and how does it affect shipping for non-US customers?
Ex Works or EXW is a fancy shipping term used to explain how international orders will pass through customs in another country during export/import.
Under EXW shipping terms, Festival Drip provides the products to the buyer, while the buyer is responsible for all transportation costs. By selecting a shipping method during checkout, non-US customers automatically create an agreement with that carrier to transport the items ordered into their country for export and clearance.
Festival Drip provides a commercial invoice to the international carrier, as well as any clearance documents that are generated by the carrier when a shipping label is created. Typically, a carrier will be able to clear customs using these documents. However, with EXW terms, after the package is exported out of the United States, any clearance or customs issues resulting in the package being held for any reason are the responsibility of the buyer. Festival Drip will assist by providing any additional information we can to help your package clear customs, but it is ultimately up to the buyer to contact their carrier or customs to arrange clearance and final delivery.

What shipping options do you offer?
Currently, we offer USPS, FedEx, and UPS shipping options. The type of shipping method available to you will depend on your address as well as the type of items in your order. We have chosen to offer only these shipping options because they are by far the most reliable, affordable, and fast.
How do I track my order?
You can track your order here or using the carrier’s tracking portal, which you will receive a link to in the email that contains your tracking number after you place your order.
I never received the tracking number for my order.
If you haven’t received an email confirmation with your tracking number up to 48 hours after placing your order, please contact us immediately at support@festivaldripofficial.com.
Where do you ship from?
The shipping origin of your order will vary depending on the delivery address.
We have shipping warehouses that operate on both the east coast and west coast in the US as a way of meeting the demands of our customers throughout the US.
I ordered Priority Express shipping but didn’t receive my package the next day.
With few exceptions (Looking at you, Hawaii & Alaska), if you ordered USPS Priority Express before 9 a.m. then your package will be delivered before 12 noon the following day. If your order was placed before the Priority Express cut-off time and you did not receive your package the following day, you may qualify for a refund on your shipping.

I accidentally entered the wrong shipping address! What do I do?
Contact us immediately at Support@festivaldripoffcial.com or text/call 260-FEST DRP [260-337-8377]. Have your order number and updated address handy. Depending on how much time has passed after placing your order, we may still be able to redirect it to the correct address, although this is not guaranteed.
If we are unable to change your address before it is shipped, contact the carrier immediately. If your old address is in the same city or region as your new address, this issue can typically be resolved easily by contacting your local USPS/FedEx/UPS distribution hub. You can redirect or put a hold any shipment that hasn’t been delivered or released for delivery.
Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do once your order is delivered to the wrong address, which is why it’s important to make sure you enter the correct shipping address.

Will I Need To Sign For My Package?
Unless specifically requested by customers, we do not require a signature on any orders. If you would like to request signature required service for your order, please contact us before placing your order and we will arrange your order to be delivered only with the recipient's authorized signature.
My order was lost/stolen!
Our refund policy does not cover orders where the tracking shows delivered, even if the item was lost or stolen. This is exactly why you should sign up for text alerts at checkout to be notified the instant your order arrives on your doorstep.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
While we have no doubt that the recipient will absolutely love their gift, we no longer offer a gift wrapping option at checkout. Come to find out, no one working at Festival Drip knows how to neatly gift wrap presents. It would turn out very bad, and trust us, you're better off. (Plus, BAD penmanship!)
We CAN include a personalized note with your gift so that the person knows who to thank.
If you want, my personal specialty is wrapping an entire roll of tape around a gift, making it frustratingly impossible to open.

30-DAY HASSLE-FREE RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
Take some times to take your new rave outfit for a test drive!
- Most items can be returned or exchanged for a different size for up to 30 days.
- We start counting from the date your tracking number says your order was shipped.
- You can start your return either on your Account's Orders page or through our self-service returns window here.
- We typically receive returned items 3-4 days after they are picked up. As soon as we receive your returned item, we will begin processing your refund or exchange.
- All returns are now only processed in store credit for Festivaldripofficial.com. This has allowed for a simpler, smoother Exchange process that lets customers select any item they want after making a return and paying using their store credit.
- Cash Refunds & Replacements are still available as an option for damaged or missing orders.
- Store credit will be added to your Festival Drip account, never expires, and can be used to buy anything you see on this website except for Gift Cards.
- Issuing refunds in store credit allows us to now accept returns and full refunds for a much larger variety of items that we previously couldn't due to state and federal regulations. See the list of Non-Returnable Items in Returns Policy.
- Please note that items that are returned in any condition that may be damaged, worn, or visibly used will have the value of the damage deducted from the refund credit before it is processed.
