Exchanges Policy

Since the beginning, we have always tried to run a fair company and put the needs of our customers first. We sold only the festival threads that our rave family specifically asked us to create. Today, we sell thousands of different types of rave outfits, music festival clothing, and camping festival accessories. We are incredibly grateful to all of the Festival Drip fam for all the love we've received since day 1. We would not have been able to grow to where we are now if not for you.

In the interest of being fair to our stylish customers who have supported us from the very beginning, and considering the massive selection of unique designs we make today, we have simplified the way we handle exchanges to make shopping at Festival Drip a smoother, easier, and all-around stress-free experience. 

 

Returns & Exchanges Period

We know it’s not easy shopping online for clothes, rave outfits especially. We want customers at Festival Drip to be able to shop with confidence, knowing that if they accidentally order the wrong size and it doesn't fit, the order can be returned or exchanged for the correct size 100% risk-free for the first 30 days. 

 

Exchanging Used Items

We also understand that customers aren't always able to return an order in perfect condition or in a timely manner. That's okay. You can still return a slightly-used item and receive a partial refund.

Store Credit

Starting 6/21/2025, all size exchange requests will be processed in store credit onto the same Festival Drip account you used to place your order. Store credit can be spent like cash on anything for sale at www.festivaldripofficial.com (Except for Gift Cards) You can then use your store credit to purchase the size, style, and color of the item you'd like to exchange. 

 

Return Shipping

Unless specifically requested by the customer, returns submitted through the self-service returns window will be shipped via USPS First Class within the U.S. or economy international shipping if outside the U.S. 

 

Return Shipping Fee

Customers will have the cost of the return shipping cost deducted from their total refund, not to exceed $5.99. Customers should factor this into their item exchange plan.  

 

No Limitations on Exchanges

If you change your mind a few days after you return your order and decide you want to buy something entirely different, that's fine, too. If you get that new item that you purchased using your store credit, then decide you want to exchange that for something else, you can do that as well.  This is the beautiful simplicity of our new process that allows customers to exchange whatever doesn't fit or the items they don't like, and get something new. 

 

Non-Returnable Items

The only limitations as far as exchanges are concerned is our list of Non-Returnable Items, which we are forbidden by law from accepting as returns. 

  • Gift Cards

  • Perishables, such as food

  • Consumables, such as supplements

  • Bodypaint, Glitter, Body jewelry

  • Digital Products, Downloadable Files

  • Bathing suits, Swimwear

  • Underwear

  • Costumes

  • Adult Toys

  • Custom or Personalized items

  • Cosmetics, Personal Care, Beauty Products

  • Anything containing material that is flammable, hazardous, or compressed gas

Use this mnemonic when shopping at Festival Drip to remember which items can be returned and which cannot:

"If it touches your junk, your refund is sunk / If you can't hold it, you now own it."

If your order is less than 30 days old, you can start the exchange process by submitting your order number and zip code into our self-service returns window here to create your own return shipping label for the items in the order you'd like to exchange.
