This Shipping FAQ pertains to only physical products ordered on this site.

We understand how important it is for our customers to receive their products as quickly as possible which is you can find convenient answers to any shipping-related question on this page.

 How can I get free shipping?

Orders over $50 receive free standard shipping.

How long will my order take?

Most orders in the US are received 4-7 days after they are placed.

How does shipping work?

We ship every customer’s order using the shipping method selected at checkout. As soon as the customer pays for their selected shipping method at checkout, the customer enters into a binding contract with the mail courier of their choice. We do our absolute best to provide customers with all of the tools and information to better navigate unexpected delivery delays, however, we are under no obligation and have zero liability to re-ship or refund any orders that were lost in the mail.

We greatly appreciate it when customers understand that merchants like Festival Drip have zero control over the mail and what happens to their order once it is in possession of the mail courier they selected at purchase. 

What are your shipping hours?

Excluding holidays where there is no mail picked up or delivery, our shipping times are:

Monday – Saturday at 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.  EST

Order are processed on Sunday, but not shipped.


Do you offer Shipping Insurance?

We automatically apply default carrier shipping insurance to every package based on the type of shipping you select at checkout.

USPS Priority & Express
Insured for up to $50 the value of the item.

FedEx & UPS 2 Day or Overnight
Insured for up to $100 the value of the item.

Free Standard Shipping
These packages do not qualify for shipping insurance. As a result, if you selected this shipping option and your package is lost in transit we cannot file a claim for reimbursement and we cannot reship your package.

International Shipping
Insurance for international shipping varies depending on the carrier and shipping destination.

 

Help! I think my order is lost in the mail!

Although very rare, lost packages are statistically unavoidable. Buyers are responsible for tracking down and recovering any lost or delayed packages. We will assist buyers as much as possible in any pursuit of tracking, claiming, or the ultimate compensation for lost mail, however, once your order is placed in the mail, it is the sole responsibility of the mail carrier you selected upon checkout.

When was my order shipped?

We do our best to get every order packaged and shipped as quickly as possible. If you placed your order before 3 p.m., it will be shipped the same day.

Orders placed after 3 p.m. are picked up at 9 a.m. the following day. If your order was placed after 3 p.m. on Saturday, or if your order was placed on Sunday, it will be shipped out at 9 a.m. on Monday morning.

What shipping options do you offer?

Currently, we offer USPS, FedEx, and UPS shipping options. The type of shipping method available to you will depend on your address as well as the type of items in your order. We have chosen to offer only these shipping options because they are by far the most reliable, affordable, and fast.

How do I track my order?

You can track your order using the carrier’s tracking portal, which you will receive a link to in the email that contains your tracking number after you place your order.

I never received the tracking number for my order.

If you haven’t received an email confirmation with your tracking number up to 48 hours after placing your order, please contact us immediately at support@festivaldripofficial.com.

Where do you ship from?

The shipping origin of your order will vary depending on the delivery address. 

We have shipping warehouses that operate on both the east coast and west coast in the US as a way of meeting the demands of our customers throughout the US.

I ordered Priority Express shipping but didn’t receive my package the next day.

With few exceptions (Looking at you, Hawaii & Alaska), if you ordered USPS Priority Express before 9 a.m. then your package will be delivered before 12 noon the following day. If your order was placed before the Priority Express cut-off time and you did not receive your package the following day, you may qualify for a refund on your shipping.

Is there any way I can receive my order even faster?

Yes! Here is a lifehack for getting your packages early courtesy of Words Are Swords Publishing.

When tracking your package, you can usually intercept it at any post office as soon as it is scanned in. (This does not include USPS shipping or distribution warehouses, only regular post offices.)

For example, if you ordered USPS Priority Express and your package is tracked to your local post office, but your postman usually doesn’t deliver the mail until 2 p.m., you can go to the post office as soon as they open (9 a.m. in most cities) and ask that they find your package before it is loaded on your postman’s truck for delivery. Keep in mind that you are asking the postal worker at the counter for a favor and that they are not obligated to sort through piles of mail to find your package, but this lifehack works 9 times out of 10. There is only a small window between when the package arrives at your local USPS facility, is sorted, then loaded onto the mail truck for delivery, but you may be able to save yourself half a day of waiting for your package to be delivered.

You can also request that USPS hold your package so that you can intercept it here.

Be aware that some local couriers may charge extra for holding a package.

I accidentally entered the wrong shipping address! What do I do?

You can redirect or put a stop on any order that hasn’t been delivered or released for delivery here. Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do if your order is delivered to the wrong address, which is why it’s important to make sure you enter the correct shipping address.

You can change your shipping address from you’re the My Account page.

Will I Need To Sign For My Package?

By default, we do not require a signature on any orders. If you would like to request signature required service for your order, please contact us before placing your order and we will arrange this for a small fee.

My order was lost/stolen!

Our refund policy does not cover orders where the tracking shows delivered, even if the item was lost or stolen. This is exactly why you should sign up for text alerts at checkout to be notified the instant your order arrives on your doorstep. 

 

Do you offer gift wrapping?

While we have no doubt that the recipient will absolutely love their gift, we no longer offer a gift wrapping option at checkout. Come to find out, no one working at Festival Drip knows how to neatly gift wrap presents. It would turn out very bad, and trust us, you're better off. (Plus, BAD penmanship!)

We CAN include a personalized note with your gift so that the person knows who to thank.

If you want, my personal specialty is wrapping an entire roll of tape around a gift, making it frustratingly impossible to open.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

FESTIVAL DRIP'S 30-DAY HASSLE-FREE RETURN POLICY  

Take some times to take your new rave outfit for a test drive!

- Most items can be returned or exchanged for a different size/color for up to 30 days.

- We start counting from the date your tracking number says your order was delivered to your house.  

- We typically receive returned items 3-4 days after they are picked up. As soon as we receive your returned item, we will begin processing your refund or exchange.

- On average, you can expect to receive your refund in about 5 business days, but in extremely rare or busy cases, it may take up to 10 days. If it's been longer than 10 days and you haven't received your refund, check your inbox for an email from Support@festivaldripofficial.com. 

- Refunds are now only processed in store credit for Festivaldripofficial.com. By issuing customer's refunds in store credit allows us to now accept returns and full refunds for a much larger variety of items that we were previously due to state and federal regulations. 

- Please note that items that are returned in any condition that may be damaged, worn, or visibly used will have the value of the damage deducted from the refund credit before it is processed. 

- If you returned an item and are waiting for an exchange to another size, color or style, you will receive a new notification as soon as the exchange is processed and the replacement is shipped out.

- If you urgently need your exchange order for an upcoming event, we recommend placing a new order for the item you need immediately, even if you are still waiting for the return to process. As soon as we receive your return, we will process the refund for your exchanged item.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Even with our updated list of approved returnable items, there are still several types of products that we legally cannot accept as returns, including:

  • Gift Cards

  • Perishables, such as food

  • Digital Products

  • Undergarments or Lingerie

  • Local laws still prevent us from accepting returns for pretty much anything that may have come into contact with your junk.

Note that for returns we receive that are visibly damaged or basically unusable we will deduct the amount of lost value from your store credit. 

IT DOESN'T FIT! HOW CAN I EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE?

Start your size exchange the same way you would for a returned item, then email us at Support@festivaldripofficial.com with your requested size exchange. 

Unless specifically requested by the customer, all size exchanges will be shipped via USPS First Class within the U.S. or economy international shipping if outside the U.S. Depending on your specific return, we may request an additional fee for shipping size exchanges that will not exceed $5.99. Customers should factor this into their plans if items are needed by or before a specific date. 

DAMAGED ORDERS & DEFECTIVE ORDERS

In the rare case that the order you receive is damaged or defective, do not take it out of its packaging. Contact us at Support@festivaldripofficial.com immediately and we will replace your damaged item at no charge. 

Upon request, we will ship replacements and exchanges item back to customers using any express shipping methods only if the request is made before the replacement item is processed for fulfillment and will be otherwise sent via Standard Shipping. Buyer is responsible for the additional costs of the new shipping method and will be asked to pay for said shipping outside of the marketplace where it was purchased using any of our payment accounts, at their own discretion. Once we confirm payment for express shipping, your replacement will be processed accordingly. 

HOW MUCH WILL MY REFUND BE?

We do not charge restocking fees. A refund in the form of store credit will be issued for the full price paid by the customer at the time of sale, minus a small shipping fee not to exceed $5.99. Search your email for the original invoice to determine how much your refund will be.  

HOW DO I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

As soon as your refund is processed, you will receive an email notifying you that store credit has been applied to your account. You may log in and immediately use your refund credit toward your next purchase. Store credit is as good as cash and can be used to purchase any item or pay for shipping on your next order.

I NEED MY NEW ITEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE FOR AN UPCOMING EVENT! 

The fastest way to get what you want is to reorder with us online, then return the unused / unworn item with tags still attached for a refund, less the shipping and restock fees.

WAIT! I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER!

The moment an order is placed, it is sent to our production team and we start working on your order. This is why we are unable to accept cancelations once an order has been processed.

That being said, there is a very small window after immediately after you place your order that we might still be able to cancel it for a full refund. It doesn't hurt to ask, but keep in mind that we work fast and once an item is created uniquely for you we are unable to cancel the order. 

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM ON SALE?

Most sale items are eligible for returns. You’ll be refunded the amount you paid for the item. 

When a sale or clearance item is NOT eligible for refunds, it will be clearly labeled as such in the product description.
